I’m a 2x certified pre/postnatal fitness specialist with over 5 years of professional experience helping clients with fitness, nutrition and building sustainable habits. I’m also a new mama to my rainbow baby!
My mission is to help you rebuild your strength, confidence, and self-love in this new chapter of motherhood. Through personalized workouts designed postpartum bodies and habit-focused nutrition coaching, I’ll guide you on a journey that’s realistic, flexible, and sustainable.
