Many local boutique studios or self-employed group fitness instructors offer private group sessions at a pretty affordable price. The benefit of doing a private group class is that your instructor can give you all special attention and create a class format that meets you all where you are. Some ideas may include:

  • Pilates / Reformer Class

  • Stroller Fit

  • Zumba Class

  • Bootcamp


A Relaxing Spa Day

$70-$200 per person

Nordic spas are the ultimate way to relax and unwind. If you're in the Greater Toronto Area, places like Thermea Spa Village and Go Place are awesome full day spas filled with plunge pools of various temperatures, relaxation spots, and additional luxury treatments, like massages, facials, and body treatments. Or if you're looking for some tampering, but don't have the time to make it a full day thing, places like The TEN Spot offer mani/pedis and facials for two-somes and groups. So whether it's just you and Mom, or you and a group of your closest Mom Friends/Sisters, you all can get pampered together. 


A Fancy Filter Water Bottle To Help Her Reach Her Hydration Goal

All the wellness girlies know, you gotta drink your water! 👏🏽 A filter water bottle, like this cute pink one from Brita, filters out contaminates and gets rid of the gross chlorine taste and odour from tap water.

Or if she’s been eyeing a specific trendy water bottle that insulate her water and keep them cold for all hours of the day, like the Stanley Cup or Owala, those are great ideas too!

Many group fitness studios offer gift cards and class passes. Ask them where they normal work out and check online to see if they offer class passes or gift cards. Alternatively, if they work with a personal trainer, see if they offer gift cards or session credit passes that you could gift.
