Recipe Ingredients:
2/3 cup white rice, cooked
7 ounces of lean ground beef, raw
1 medium egg, pan-fried
1/2 cup gravy au jus, canned
2 tbsp chopped green onions, raw
Directions:
Season beef with salt and pepper, form into a patty and cook in a pan over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
Transfer into a bowl on top of some hot rice. Top with a fried egg, gravy, and some green onions (or other fresh herbs).
Optional (but health-boosting): Garnish with salad greens, sliced tomatoes, radishes, etc.
