Recipe Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup white rice, cooked

  • 7 ounces of lean ground beef, raw

  • 1 medium egg, pan-fried

  • 1/2 cup gravy au jus, canned

  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions, raw

Directions:

  1. Season beef with salt and pepper, form into a patty and cook in a pan over medium heat until browned and cooked through.

  2. Transfer into a bowl on top of some hot rice. Top with a fried egg, gravy, and some green onions (or other fresh herbs).

  3. Optional (but health-boosting): Garnish with salad greens, sliced tomatoes, radishes, etc.
