1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup crumbled feta
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 large egg
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried dill

Additional topping Ideas:
Greek Salad
Greek Lemon Rice
Sweet Potato Fries
Mixed Greens
Pita
Greek Meatballs Recipe:
Preheat your oven to 400-degrees F.
Prep your ingredients by chopping the red onion, crumbling the feta, and mincing the garlic.
Add all of the ingredients into a large bowl and mix them together with your hands until well combined.
Form 16 even balls and place them on a greased baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes. Flip and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Serve with your choice of toppings or accompaniments.
OPTIONALLY: Pan fry in some oil after they are fully cooked to add browning to your meatballs (baked ground turkey can sometimes come out grey and looks less appetizing).
