Hard Boiled Egg Recipe:

  1. In a small room temperature pot, add 2-3 eggs in a single layer.

  2. Fill the pot with water until the eggs are mostly submerged.

  3. Put the pot, uncovered, on the oven and turn the heat to medium heat. Let the pot sit on the heat until it begins to reach a rolling boil.

  4. Once the pot begins to boil, turn the heat off, keep the pot on the hot burner, and cover with a lid. Set a timer for 10 minutes.

  5. Once the timer goes off, immediately transfer the eggs to an ice bath to stop the cooking. Let sit in the ice bath for 5 minutes.

  6. Peel the eggs and enjoy.
