Honey Lavender London Fog Latte
This recipe makes 1 latte
Ingredients:
1 earl grey tea bag
4 oz of hot water
1 tbsp lavender syrup
1 tbsp honey
4 oz milk of choice
Recipe:
Steep 1 earl grey tea bag in 4 oz of water for 3-5 minutes
Add 1 tbsp of honey to the steeped tea.
Add 1 tbsp of lavender syrup to 4 oz of milk.
If you have an espresso machine with a steamer wand: steam the milk and lavender syrup together until you have a balanced mix of steamed milk and froth.
If you have a handheld milk frother whisk: microwave the milk and syrup in 30 minute increments until the mixture is warm (not scalding hot). Use the milk frother until you have a balanced mix between steamed milk and froth.
Add your steamed milk to your tea.
