Honey Lavender London Fog Latte


This recipe makes 1 latte

Ingredients:

  • 1 earl grey tea bag

  • 4 oz of hot water

  • 1 tbsp lavender syrup

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 4 oz milk of choice

Recipe:

  1. Steep 1 earl grey tea bag in 4 oz of water for 3-5 minutes

  2. Add 1 tbsp of honey to the steeped tea.

  3. Add 1 tbsp of lavender syrup to 4 oz of milk.

  4. If you have an espresso machine with a steamer wand: steam the milk and lavender syrup together until you have a balanced mix of steamed milk and froth.

    If you have a handheld milk frother whisk: microwave the milk and syrup in 30 minute increments until the mixture is warm (not scalding hot). Use the milk frother until you have a balanced mix between steamed milk and froth.

  5. Add your steamed milk to your tea.

  6. Enjoy!
