This recipe makes 1 baked salmon

Ingredients:

  • 6oz skinless Atlantic Salmon filet

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1/4 tsp sesame oil

  • 1/8 tsp garlic Powder

  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

  • 1/4 tsp salt

Optional Sides:

  • White rice

  • Cucumber salad

  • Kimchi

  • Roasted vegetables

  • Edamame

Recipe:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400-degrees F.

  2. In a bowl, mix together the maple syrup, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and black pepper to create a sauce.

  3. Using tin foil, fold the corners in to create a little bowl. Place it on a baking sheet.

  4. Take the skinless salmon and lay it in the foil bowl. Using a fork, poke holes into the salmon so that it will quickly soak up the sauce.

  5. Pour the marinade over the salmon.

  6. Place in the oven and cook for 20 minutes.

  7. Switch the settle on your oven to broil and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

  8. Sprinkle the salt to taste.

  9. Serve with your choice of sides.
