Blueberry Matcha Overnight Oats

This recipe makes one serving.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of rolled oats
2 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp organic matcha powder
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
3/4 cup Vanilla Premier Protein
Optionally toppings:
Extra fresh blueberries
Drizzle of honey
Granola
Puffed quinoa or puffed rice
Blueberry Matcha Overnight Oats:
In a Add the oats, chia seeds, matcha powder, Greek yogurt, blueberries and premier protein into a bowl or mason jar.
Mix everything together thoroughly.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
When you're ready to eat the oats, remove from the fridge.
Optionally, you can top it with additional blueberries, more greek yogurt, granola, puffed quinoa, or a drizzle of honey (not included in the macros). Add additional premier protein to thin it out if the texture is too thick for your liking.
