Blueberry Matcha Overnight Oats

This recipe makes one serving.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats

  • 2 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp organic matcha powder

  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries

  • 3/4 cup Vanilla Premier Protein

Optionally toppings:

  • Extra fresh blueberries

  • Drizzle of honey

  • Granola

  • Puffed quinoa or puffed rice

Blueberry Matcha Overnight Oats:

  1. In a Add the oats, chia seeds, matcha powder, Greek yogurt, blueberries and premier protein into a bowl or mason jar.

  2. Mix everything together thoroughly.

  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.

  4. When you're ready to eat the oats, remove from the fridge.

Optionally, you can top it with additional blueberries, more greek yogurt, granola, puffed quinoa, or a drizzle of honey (not included in the macros). Add additional premier protein to thin it out if the texture is too thick for your liking.
