Simple Steamed Egg

Ingredients:
3 large eggs
1/2 cup bone broth
1 tsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp chopped green onions
1 tsp sesame oil
1/4 cup cooked white rice
Recipe:
Boil a shallow amount of water in a pot with a steamer basket.
In a heat-proof bowl (like a ramekin), whisk together 3 eggs.
Add the bone broth to the eggs, chicken bouillion, and black pepper.
Place into steamer basket and steam for 10-12 minutes (or until the eggs are a gelatinous texture and no longer sinks or is undercook in the centre).
Carefully remove bowl from steamer with oven mitts. The bowl will be very hot.
Top with sesame oil and green onions.
Enjoy with white rice.
Optional: Also serve with a cucumber salad or kimchi to add some vegetables and fibre to your breakfast.
