Beef Bulgogi High Protein Bowl

  1. Start by slicing steak into thin strips, and placing in a bowl to marinade with crushed garlic, soy sauce, pepper flakes, ginger, sugar, and sesame oil.

  2. After 10 - 15 minutes, add marinated beef to a preheated skillet over medium high heat with canola oil.

  3. Cook in a single layers until browned, cooked, and crisp at the edges. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

  4. Remove and top steamed rice with beef, sliced green onion, kimchi, sesame seeds, fried egg, and cucumber ribbons (made with a vegetable peeler)

If your smoothie is too thick, add more vanilla protein shake.

If your smoothie is too thin, add more Greek yogurt.
