Sheet Pan Chicken and Vegetables

Ingredients:
1.5 lbs of raw chicken breast
1 cup raw chopped broccoli
1 large red skin potato, chopped
1 cup chopped raw carrots
1 cup raw green beans
1 cup cubed sweet potato
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Recipe:
Preheat the oven to 350*F
Cut the raw chicken breast into bite sized pieces.
In a bowl, season the chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
On a baking sheet, add the seasoned chicken and raw vegetables. Add olive oil and more salt and pepper to taste. Mix with your hands until everything is throughout combined. Lay in a flat layer.
Bake for 45 minutes (or until the vegetables are roasted and tender, and the chicken is cooked through but not dry).
Split into 4 servings and serve as is or with your favorite sauce.
