Easy Shredded Beef Quesadilla

Ingredients:
1 serving of shredded beef (click here for my recipe for Instant Pot shredded beef)
1 Ancient grain tortilla
1/8 cup of shredded tex-mex cheese
2.5 oz of guacamole
Recipe:
Heat a pan over medium heat.
Place a tortilla and load on the shredded beef and cheese on one side of the tortilla. Flip over the other side atop of the toppings.
Cook until the bottom is toasted. Then, flip.
Once the cheese is melted and the beef is warm, remove from the pan. Open up to add the guacamole or dip instead.
